Anke Feuchtenberger studied at the Kunsthochschule Berlin. Since 1997 she holds a professorship for drawing and graphic narration at the University of Applied Science in Hamburg. Feuchtenberger emerged as a comic artist and started exhibiting and publishing internationally in the 1990s. She is mother and grandmother, based in Hamburg and Vorpommern.
